1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you express interest in our products and Services, participate in activities on the Services, or contact us. We may process sensitive information, including health data, when necessary with your consent or as permitted by law. If you use our application, we may request access to your camera, microphone, reminders, storage, and other device features. We may also send push notifications if you permit them. Information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate.

Some information, such as your IP address and browser or device characteristics, is collected automatically when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This may include device and usage information, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, country, location, timestamps, pages and files viewed, searches, feature use, error reports, and hardware settings. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We may share personal information with service providers under written contracts, during a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition, and when needed to protect rights, security, or the Services. Our application may display third-party offer walls; a unique identifier such as your user ID may be shared with an offer-wall provider to prevent fraud and credit rewards. We have not disclosed, sold, or shared personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve months and will not sell or share personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. When there is no ongoing legitimate business need, we delete or anonymize the information, or securely store and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk, and you should access the Services within a secure environment.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age specified by law in your jurisdiction, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete the data. 8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, obtain a copy, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, receive portable data, object to processing, withdraw consent, and avoid discrimination for exercising your rights. 9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track feature. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or other mechanisms that communicate a choice not to be tracked online.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia may have rights to request access to personal information, receive details about how it was processed, correct inaccuracies, obtain a copy, or delete personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months. California residents may request information about categories of personal information disclosed for direct marketing purposes under the Shine The Light law.
